This is the awful time of the year when I've managed to get myself in to a summer holiday routine which means going to sleep really late and getting up late. College starts back in a couple of weeks time but I really need to normalise my sleeping hours. I've always been fairly addicted to sleep. 12 hours is preferable for me but unsustainable with a working life.
Tomorrow I have a singing lesson which should help me get back on track as I'll need to be up and warming up before lunch time. Time to pick up the old motivation again and gird myself mentally for the college year ahead. It will go really quickly and there is lot that I need to get out of it in order to be ready to get out there and work.
